Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. Please contact us at hello@oudologylondon.com as soon as you receive your parcel. Include:

• Supporting photographs or video evidence.
Once reviewed, we will provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Change of Mind Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for items that have been opened, used, or purchased in error.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
• Sale, clearance, or promotional items.
Refund Exceptions

Refund Process
If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 working days. Please note:
